Cancellations. There are no charges for cancellations more than 72 hours before scheduled arrival. However, should you cancel less than 72 hours, fees may consist of a $25 fee charged by LatinTrips, some hotels may charge one room night. Reservations for special events such as New Year's or Carnival may be non-refundable. If that condition exists for your reservation we will inform you on our confirmation. You can cancel your reservations by email to reservations@brazils-hotels.com. Hotel rates are a range and actual price may vary, the rate that we negotiate for you may be lower. Responsibilities The responsibility Latin Trip, Inc. of Miami Florida, is limited. Latin Trip, Inc. arranges hotels as agent, to provide passengers with high quality travel services. While Latin Trip, Inc. takes great care in selecting suppliers, we do not control them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions or those of their employees, agents or representatives. Latin Trip, Inc. will not be responsible for any act or omission, error, delay, loss, accident or injury to you or those traveling with you, caused by the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in providing services for which vouchers are issued. Neither will Latin Trip, Inc. be responsible for the expense, inconvenience or injury caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, hotel or airline overbooking, late arrival or departure of conveyance delays, strikes, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, accidents, sickness, weather conditions, theft, changes in itinerary or schedules, or passenger’s failure to obtain required documentation. The payment of the required deposit or partial or full payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained herein. Visas U.S. Citizens must possess a Brazilian Tourist Visa for travel to Brazil. Requirements for citizens of most other countries differ. Children of Brazilian Citizens have special passport requirements, ask the consulate for specific details.
